You say “molay” (just like !Ole!) but it’s the taste that transports you to Mexico, where after centuries it’s still the most revered sauce. Features the “holy trinity” of chillies - pasilla, ancho and mulato.
Serving Suggestion:
Mix as much Mole as you want in the following proportions: 1 part Mole to 3 parts stock, or 1 part Mole to 2.5 parts water. Stir slowly but consistently on a low heat until smooth. Pour the sauce over grilled or steamed meat, chicken or fish. As a wonderful vegetarian alternative, try over grilled mushrooms. Serve with your favourite vegetables, rice or beans. Experiment!

Pasilla Chillies (12%), Almonds (10%), Raisins (10%),
Peanuts (10%), Dark Chocolate (7%) (sugar, cocoa
liquor, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring:
vanillin), Spices, Sunflower oil, Sesame Seed, Seasalt.
