Serving Suggestion
Ideal as either relish or dip, Pico de Gallo goes with just about everything as it is, perking up eggs, beans, rice, salads, meat, poultry or seafood - and of course makes a superior dip.
To enjoy a traditional Mexican “mollete”, spread fried beans on to slices of baguette; cover with cheese, grill to taste and top with Pico de Gallo straight from the jar.
