In Mexico, Salsa Verde is the everyday accompaniment to most meals. For something so simple to use, the transforming effect is almost magical.

Serving Suggestion
Spoon straight out of the jar as a cold relish alongside poultry, meat, pork or fish. To use as a sauce, sauté chicken, pork or beef until brown, pour over the sauce and continue until fully cooked. Try adding warm sauce to grilled fish or add Salsa Verde to yogurt or sour cream to make
a terrific fresh dip.

Ingredients: Water, Green Tomatoes (49%), Fresh Onion (8%), Coriander (4%), Jalapeño Chillies (3%), Sunflower oil, Powdered Garlic, Cornstarch, Seasalt, Thickener: Xanthan gum, Spices.
