Camarones al guajillo Prawns in Guajillo sauce

Serve 4:

  • 200ml ‘Sabores Aztecas' Guajillo sauce
  • 300g peeled tiger prawn tails
  • 1 medium onion, choppe d
  • 4 tablespoons corn oil
  • 9 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Heat the oil in a wide frying pan, then add the onion and one minute after, add the garlic, fry for one minute more then add the prawns (once seasoned) and the guajillo sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the prawns are just cooked, then season with salt and pepper. Can be served with lemon wedges and nopales or rice.
